Submission of Verification and Approval Letter for Teachers’ Transfer Process

Subject: Submission of Verification and Approval Letter for Teachers’ Transfer Process

In connection with the ongoing teachers’ transfer process, all Chief Executive Officers, Zilla Parishad, are hereby humbly requested to submit an official verification and approval letter as per the format given below:

“I affirm that I have verified the list of eligible teachers and confirm that there are no court orders requiring exclusion of any of these eligible teachers from the transfer process. I hereby approve the execution of the transfer process for my district as per the mentioned schedule.”

Please Note:

1. The letter must be issued on the official Zilla Parishad letterhead

2. It must be duly signed by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad.

3. A scanned copy of the signed letter must be emailed to otttsupport@vinsys.com at the earliest to enable initiation of the next round of the transfer process.

This confirmation is mandatory for proceeding with the transfer process in your respective district. Non-receipt of the letter may result in delays to the scheduled execution.
